对热浸镀镍基合金涂层进行热处理,将热处理前后的涂层样品进行SiC磨料磨损试验,采用XRD和EDS分析了涂层热处理前后的物相组成和成分含量,用SEM观察了涂层磨损后的表面形貌,测定了质量损失,根据试验结果,探讨了涂层的磨料磨损机理,分析了热处理对涂层抗磨料磨损性能的影响.研究表明:涂层热处理前后,均由涂层基体γ-(Fe,Ni)相和析出物富铬相组成,基体相的磨料磨损机理由微小剪切和犁削向疲劳断裂转变,析出物相的磨损机理则均为脆性断裂;热处理能提高基体相的塑性,从而显著提高了涂层抗SiC磨料磨损的性能.
