对LaNi4.7Al0.3氟化处理的反应机理、控制反应过程的技术方法、处理前后合金表面结构与性能的变化等进行了深入的研究.结合SEM,EPMA等分析和氢化反应初期活化特性曲线的结果,阐释了氟化处理过程的pH值变化与比表面积变化以及Ni离子溶出现象之间的关系,表明了该方法可达到减少Ni离子流失,增加合金比表面积,同时明显改善合金粒子的初期活化特性的目的.
