采用高频感应熔覆技术在低碳钢表面熔覆了一层铁基耐磨涂层,利用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对熔覆涂层的微观组织形貌进行了分析.结果表明:采用高频感应熔覆技术能制得冶金结合性能良好的铁基涂层,熔覆涂层的组织由大量的γ-(Cr-Ni-Fe-C)合金固溶体相和CrB,Cr2B,Cr23 C6,Cr7 C3,Fe3C等硼化物、碳化物等析出强化相组成,熔覆涂层具有很高的硬度值,最大值达到850HV0.2.
