采用机械共混法,通过添加疏水性纳米SiO2对PRTV硅橡胶涂料进行改性,研究了纳米SiO2的添加量对改性PRTV涂层表面疏水性的影响,并探讨了涂层表面的微结构与其水接触角的内在关系.结果表明:利用共混法将疏水性纳米SiO2加入PRTV涂料中,可以制备出具有超疏水性的复合涂料,其涂层的水接触角可由106°提高到150°.
