以无水乙醇以及无水乙醇和水的混合液作为溶剂,分别配制5 mmol/L的十四烷基膦酸溶液,并采用浸泡法在2024铝合金表面制备了十四烷基膦酸自组装膜.根据接触角、动电位扫描、交流阻抗以及腐蚀形貌分析,研究了采用不同溶剂时十四烷基膦酸自组装膜对Harrison溶液中2024铝合金的缓蚀作用,探讨了溶剂中水对膜自组装行为及缓蚀性能的影响机理.
