高温反应合成涂层是一种新型的金属-陶瓷复合涂层制备方法.介绍了高温反应合成的基本原理以及几种高温反应合成涂层制备技术,包括SHS离心铸造涂层、SHS熔铸涂层、反应铸渗涂层、气相传输涂层、反应热喷涂涂层.分析了不同涂层的工艺过程、工艺特点、性能以及优缺点,提出了高温反应合成涂层技术存在的问题,展望了研究发展方向.
