综述了提高化学镀镍液寿命的技术。化学镀镍液在使用过程中无论是镍离子、次磷酸钠、氢离子等的浓度都在不停的变化着,要想获得性能稳定的镀液,必须对溶液进行严格的在线分析与补充。对此人们进行了大量的研究工作,开发出了包括间隔取液法、化学沉淀法、电渗析法等各种处理老化溶液的方法,以提高化学镀镍液的寿命。重点讨论了电渗析法在化学镀镍液处理技术中所占有的重要位置。
The technologies to prolong the bath life of electroless nickelwere summarized. When the electroless nickel bath works, the concentration of Ni2+, HPO-2 and H+ is changed continuously. In order to maintain its stability, the bath must be analyzed on-line and supplied rigorous. Many methods including interval supplying, chemical precipitation and electrodialysis were developed to prolong the bath life. Discussion was emphasized on electrodialysis method.
