为提高彩色磷化液的稳定性,开发了一种常温高稳定性彩色磷化工艺,采用正交试验确定了磷化液组分及添加剂的用量。并对磷化液、磷化膜的性能进行了检测,结果表明:所得磷化膜蓝紫色到彩虹色,色泽鲜艳均匀,耐蚀性优良,磷化液稳定性高,沉渣少,使用寿命长,生产成本低,适用于钢铁件的一般性装饰和涂装底层。

For improving the stability of color phospating solution, a room temperature high stability color phosphating technology was developed. Components and amount of additive in the phosphating solution were established using the orthogonal test method. Properties of the phosphating solution and performances of the phosphating film obtained were tested. The experimental results show that the phosphating solution has the advantages of high stability, less sludge, long service life, low cost, and the phosphating film obtained has the properties of available color from bluish violet to rainbow color, uniform and bright color and high corrosion resistance. The phosphating film is suitable for decorative layer of iron and steel and for bottom layer of painting.
