通过对传统着色工艺的改进,摸索出了一种以硫酸镍为着色液中的主体盐,添加适量的氯化铜及添加剂,在适当的工艺规范下,可以得到赭红色膜的着色工艺。研究了着色液中CuCl2含量、着色时间等因素对铸造铝合金ZL105表面着赭红色效果的影响,并考察了膜的耐腐蚀性能。得出了铸造铝合金电解着赭红色的最佳着色工艺。

Through the improvement of traditional coloring technologies, a coloring technology for casting aluminum alloy to obtain a reddish-brown color film was developed. The technology uses a coloring solution containing nickel sulfate as the main salt, a proper amount of copper chloride and additive. Different factors affecting coloring effect and corrosion resistance of the film, such as coloring time. CuCl2 concentration etc., were studied. Technological conditions suitable for casting aluminum alloy ZL105 was proposed.
