The Situation and Development of Zn-Fe Alloy Electroplating in Alkaline Zincate Solution

综述了碱性锌酸盐电镀Zn-Fe合金的工艺现状,重点评述了碱性锌酸盐电镀Zn-Fe合金络合剂及添加剂的发展,添加剂的光亮作用机理,添加剂的研究现状及选择标准,指出了Zn-Fe合金电镀的发展前景.
