目前,在锡-锌合金上进行铬酸盐钝化已得到广泛应用,但六价铬化合物具有很高的毒性,又是第一类致癌物质,因而现在迫切需要开发对锡-锌合金的代铬钝化工艺.主要研究了Sn-Zn合金镀层的无铬和低铬钝化处理,并改善了合金镀层的耐蚀性.
