高级检索

用电沉积方法制备了镍-纳米氧化硅复合镀层.研究了阴极电流密度、纳米SiO2微粒质量浓度、pH值、搅拌方式和表面活性剂种类以及质量浓度等对镀层中SiO2含量的影响,确定了可获得一定纳米氧化硅含量的复合镀工艺参数范围.并用扫描电镜观察了所获镀层的表面形貌.
