二氧化钛光催化薄膜是目前备受科研工作者关注的一种功能薄膜材料,利用TiO2薄膜在紫外光照射下所表现出的特有的光催化特性,如高的光催化活性、强的氧化性、超亲油亲水等,可将其用于污染治理、杀菌抗菌、防污自清洁、防雾等场合,在环境保护、医疗卫生、建筑等领域有着重要的应用前景.评述了TiO2光催化薄膜的各种电化学制备技术,分析了各种电化学方法制备TiO2薄膜的原理及所制得薄膜的性能特点,并对TiO2薄膜电化学制备技术的发展予以展望.
