在低碳钢带上电沉积铁,抗坏血酸用作氯化亚铁镀液的添加剂.研究了抗坏血酸质量浓度和pH对镀液稳定性的影响及抗坏血酸质量浓度、pH和温度对阴极电流效率的影响进行了分析.结果表明:抗坏血酸是一种有效的抗氧化剂,但阴极电流效率有所降低,得到满意铁沉积层的最优条件是:氯化亚铁250 g/L、抗坏血酸1 g/L、pH 1.5、温度45℃.得到的铁沉积层致密、晶粒小.
