Study on Mid-temperature Zinc Calcium System Phosphating Solution

研制了一种中温快速磷化液,使用某生产厂家的铁钉进行磷化实验.通过对基础磷化条件(酸度、磷化时间、磷化温度、促进剂加入量以及使用稳定性)的考察,确定了该磷化液较优的操作条件,并取得了较好的抗腐蚀效果.
