通过循环伏安法将L-半胱氨酸电化学组装到铜电极上,用交流阻抗法和循环伏安法研究了循环扫描周数以及组装时间与峰电流的关系,并研究了扫描速度对L-半胱氨酸膜的影响,结果表明L-半胱氨酸膜的氧化峰电流与扫描速度的平方根成正比,说明L-半胱氨酸在铜电极上的电化学组装过程受扩散控制.
