对电镀锌钢板进行钼酸盐钝化处理.研究了该钝化膜在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.极化曲线测试结果显示:转化膜的腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度减小.转化膜的阻抗弧曲率半径明显增大.膜层较为均匀,表面无明显孔洞.盐雾试验结果表明:钼酸盐转化膜的耐腐蚀性能不如铬酸盐转化膜.
