将TiO2颗粒引入Ni-P合金镀液,采用化学镀的方法在黄铜上制备了(Ni-P)-TiO2复合镀层.利用扫描电镜、X-射线能谱仪、X-射线衍射仪和比表面积测试等检测手段,对(Ni-P)-TiO2复合镀层的形貌、化学组成、相结构以及其比表面积进行了分析.研究结果表明:(Ni-P)-TiO2镀层表面为均匀分布绒丝状复合物;TiO2的加入使镀层的粗糙度增加,具有更大的比表面积;复合镀层中TiO2的质量分数可通过镀液中TiO2的加入量来调节,TiO2的加入会造成复合镀层中的P含量下降,但不改变镀层的晶态结构;当镀液中ρ(TiO2)为3~5g/L时可制备w(TiO2)大于20%的复合镀层.
