在碱性介质中,采用含有极化剂的溶液在低碳钢表面电镀锌-镍合金,按照国家相关标准对镀层进行质量检测,通过电子扫描电镜对镀层表面形貌和成分进行分析.结果表明,电镀层附着力好,粗糙度低,镀层厚度均匀、致密度好,锌-镍合金镀层中w(镍)和w(锌)分别为16%和84%;采用X-射线衍射仪分析锌-镍合金的结构,晶型为γ晶型.
