通过粗化、敏化、活化等预处理,改变了碳纤维表面的状态和结构,提高了表面活性,改善了碳纤维与其它物质的相容性.在经过金属化的碳纤维上进行化学镀镍,经过正交试验,得到了最佳工艺条件,在化学镀过程中沉积速度分为四个阶段:诱导期-加速期-减速期-稳定期;对反应温度、pH及络合剂的质量浓度对化学镀镍层的影响进行了讨论.
