钢铁防腐是一个持久的研究课题.尝试通过简单的电化学还原嫁接技术把芳基重氮盐嫁接到钢表面形成金属和有机的共价键,表面再进行二次自组装无机金属溶胶,构建新型亲水性有机/无机复合膜层,达到钢铁防护目的.通过电化学极化曲线和交流阻抗测试研究复合缓蚀膜在0.1 mol/L盐酸和5%氯化钠溶液的缓蚀效果.结果表明,所制备缓蚀膜的缓蚀效率在90%以上.
