采用控电位方法在阳极氧化铝模板中沉积了l为20μm、d为80 nm的钴纳米线阵列并考察其耐腐蚀性能.实验结果表明,Co纳米线阵列的晶型为密排六方(hcp)结构.阳极极化曲线与交流阻抗谱图显示,Co纳米线阵列电极随维生素C与尿酸溶液质量浓度增大,耐蚀性仅有小幅度降低,说明此种电极在较高质量浓度维生素C与尿酸溶液中能够长时间正常工作,是理想的生物传感器电极.
