化学镀作为一种空心玻璃微珠的改性手段,其工艺设备简单、镀层厚度均匀且镀层包覆性能好,作为吸波材料被广泛使用.简述了化学镀的发展和原理,综述了利用化学镀银、化学镀镍、化学镀钴和化学镀铜表面改性后空心玻璃微珠基吸波材料的研究现状.指出化学镀铜法表面改性后的空心玻璃微珠因其成本低和吸波性能良好将成为发展趋势.
