以Ni-Fe-P合金镀层为对象,研究了电流密度及热处理温度对镀层的硬度、耐磨性、表面形貌、抗盐雾性能及电化学腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,当Jκ为5 A/dm2时,镀层显微硬度最大,达787 HV;当.Jκ为3~4 A/dm2时,磨损量较小;当Jκ为6 A/dm2时,镀层的摩擦系数较小;综合盐雾试验和极化曲线可知,当.Jκ为2~4 A/dm2时,耐蚀性较好.未热处理时,镀层微观形貌呈现胞状物,450℃热处理后,镀层胞状物消失,出现菜花状晶粒,硬度和耐蚀性较好;当热处理θ为150℃时,镀层的磨损量最低,外观为光亮的银白色.
