为了探讨微弧氧化膜层制备工艺理论,需对工艺中能量转变过程进行深入研究.利用微孤氧化电源,在恒电压/恒电流不同条件下制备含有氧化钛和双相钙磷成分的膜层试样,通过扫描电子显微镜观测膜层表面和截面形貌和结构特征;从热能和动能角度研究了微弧氧化系统各组成单元压降情况及系统导热散热特点.结果表明,恒流模式下,随占空比升高,电源电压和膜层压降升高,而工作液压降不变;获得了电源能量消耗组成情况,表征了能量转换过程和膜层范围内电势分布情况.揭示了微弧放电能量转换过程,对该工艺理论研究具有定量的意义.
