六价铬污染环境,危害人体,因此,亟需一种新的镀锌钝化工艺取而代之.硅酸盐及有机硅钝化,具有对环境污染小、使用成本低等特点.利用电沉积技术在镀锌层表面沉积硅酸盐矿物层,可以解决传统钝化膜膜层薄的缺陷.硅酸盐矿物层具有附着力高、致密、耐蚀性好、硬度高及工艺流程简单等优点.进一步提高此类钝化膜的耐蚀性能、优化工艺流程将是研究方向.
