铁氧体沉淀法是处理含铬废水的有效途径,具有成本低、工艺简单、易于控制和管理等优点.为进一步优化废水处理工艺,为铁氧体沉淀除铬工艺搭建工业级WirelessHART,智能控制药剂计量和投加、铁氧体制备等过程,实现对废水处理流程的远程监控和物联化管理.应用表明,WirelessHART智能处理系统有明显的成本和效益优势,通过优化废水处理工艺,可控制处理后Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度不超过0.25 mg/L,主要污染物去除率不低于99%.
Ferrite reduction and precipitation method is an effective way to deal chromium-containing wastewater,this method has many advantages,such as low cost,simple process,easy to manage and control.In order to further optimize the wastewater treatment process,the industrial WirelessHART was established for intelligent measurement and automatic control of dosage and dosing of reagant,preparation of ferrite process,and remote monitoring and management of wastewater treatment process was realized.Application indicated that WirelessHART intelligent processing system had significant advantages in cost and efficiency,mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) in the wastewater could be controlled below 0.25 mg/L after treatment and the main pollutant removal rate was not less than 99%.
