采用阳极氧化法在钛网基底上制备出三维网络结构的TiO2纳米管.研究了电解液浓度、电解时间、电压及含水量等参数对TiO2纳米管形貌的影响.利用扫描电子显微镜、能量色散X-射线光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪及紫外-可见漫反射光谱对其形貌和结构进行表征和分析,并通过光电流信号对TiO2纳米管的光电性能进行研究.结果表明,当乙二醇溶液中氟化铵质量分数为0.5%,水为10%,U为40V,t为2h时制备的TiO2纳米管的形貌最完整,结构最有序,并且具有良好的紫外-可见光响应性.

The 3D TiO2 nano-tubes with net structure were prepared by anodic oxidation method on titanium mesh.Influences of the anodic oxidation parameters (F-concentration,electrolytic time,voltage and water content) on the morphology of TiO2 nano-tubes were studied.The samples morphology and structure were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry,X-ray diffractometer and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrum,and the photoelectric performances of TiO2 nano-tubes were investigated by photocurrent signal.Results indicated that:when the NH4F concentration was 0.5 wt%,water content was 10% wt%,U =40 V,t =2 h,the TiO2 nano-tubes with the most complete morphology and the most orderly structure were obtained.Addition ally,the prepared TiO2 nano-tubes showed a good ultraviolet-visible light responsiveness.
