青铜器原有的硅烷保护工艺存在抗低温性能差的问题,通过三种硅烷处理工艺的对比,新开发了一种优化的氨基硅烷保护工艺,配合合理的预处理工艺,可有效解决低温环境中膜层开裂的问题,延长保护寿命2~4倍,可广泛适用于全国各地的气候环境.

The traditional silane protection technology of bronze wares has a poor performance in lowtemperature resistance.Based on the comparison of three silane treatment processes,an optimized amino silane protection technology was developed.With reasonable pretreatment process,the optimized protection technology could effectively solve the problem of film cracking in low temperature environment and prolong the protection life of 2 ~ 4 times,and could be widely used in all the climate environment of our country.
