研究了大气铸造或真空扩散焊制造的铅系合金阳极Pb-5%Sn,Pb-0.5%Ag,和Pb-1%In-0.5%Ag的性能及其电解特性.研究发现,在750℃高温下真空扩散焊制备的Pb-5%Sn阳极的析氧过电位(1.75V vs. SCE)比其它阳极低,经阳极氧化后能得到致密的仅含单一相α-PbO2的氧化膜,而其它阳极的氧化膜除α-PbO2外还含β-PbO2或PbSO4.真空扩散焊Pb-5%Sn阳极的腐蚀速率比大气铸造的Pb-5%Sn阳极低,而铸造的Pb-0.5%Ag和Pb-1%In-0.5%Ag阳极的腐蚀速率比铸造和真空扩散焊的Pb-5%Sn阳极都低.高温真空扩散焊制备的Pb-5%Sn阳极具有低析氧过电位、低溶解速率和低铅污染的特点,相对其它阳极更适合用于高速电镀锌中.
