对Al2O3-SiCw和Al2O3-TiCp陶瓷基复合材料的抗热震性能进行测试和分析,结果表明:Al2O3-SiCw和Al2O3-TiCp陶瓷基复合材料与基体相比抗热震性均有较大幅度的提高,其中,Al2O3-SiCw复合材料显示出更为优越的抗裂纹扩展能力与抗循环热震性能.材料增韧效果的差异是产生这一现象的主要原因.
