采用透射电镜(TEM)和维氏硬度计详细研究淬火后与人工时效前的时间间隔(自然时效)对Al-Li-Cu-Mg合金的影响。研究发现,通过在人工时效前引入自然时效可以提高Al-2.4Li-1.16Cu-0.8Mg-0.1Zr(wt%)合金的硬度。合金硬度的增加主要来自于S相数量的增加和分布更均匀。在人工时效前引入自然时效对δ′相的尺寸和分布没有影响。长时间的自然时效对合金的影响不大。

The effect of natural aging on the microstructures ofAl-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy was studied by transmission electron microscopy and Vickers hardness tester. It is found that the natural aging before artificial aging may raise the hardness. Analysis indicates that the efficient hardness comes from the increasing number of S particles. There is no effect on δ′ from natural aging before artificial aging. The long natural aging has a little effect on Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy.
