采用DSC和激冷实验对Al-TiO2的SHS反应过程进行了详细的研究。结果表明,Al还原TiO2的过程为:液态Al在TiO2颗粒表面铺展并与Al反应,从而在TiO2颗粒周围形成中间产物层TiO2-x,此后还原过程不断通过氧在中间产物层TiO2-x中的扩散而进行。
The SHS reaction process of Al-TiO2 system was studied by means of DSC and quenching experiment. The results show that the intermediate compounds of TiO2-x is formed when molten Al spreads on the surface of TiO2 particles.And the key factor of the reduction reaction in Al-TiO2 system is the oxygen diffusion through TiO2-x layers.
