对用微米级和亚微米级基金属陶瓷的显微组织和性能进行了研究。发现这两类金属陶瓷的显微组织均由三部分组成:芯部为黑色、具有明显包覆层的陶瓷颗粒、芯部为白色、包覆层不明显的陶瓷颗粒和粘结相。但对于亚微米级的金属陶瓷,其芯部为白色的陶瓷颗粒的数目要比微米级的金属陶瓷多,其断裂韧性略有下降,但其抗弯强度要高出许多。另外通过EDA和X射线衍射分析,得到了这两类金属陶瓷显微组织的形成机制。

The microstructure and properties of micron and submicron Ti(C,N)-based cermets were studied in this paper.The microstructures of the two kinds of cermet are composed of a kind of grains with black cores and obvious rim structure,and another kind of grains with cores and unconspicuous rim structure and adhesive phase.For submicron cermet,the grains with white cores,are much more than that in micron cermet,and the properties are higher.In addition,the forming mechanism for the two kinds of cemet is obtained by EDA and Xray diffraction analysis.
