聚氯乙烯/粘土熔融插层复合的研究

Poly(Vinyl Chloride)/Clay Nanocomposites by Melt Intercalation Process

用熔融法制备了聚氯乙烯/粘土插层复合材料,用X-射线衍射、TEM等手段表征了复合材料的结构,测定了力学性能、耐热性、耐溶剂性等性能.结果表明,聚氯乙烯熔体能插层于无机粘土和经有机化合物处理过的粘土中,但后者在聚氯乙烯中分散效果更好,所得到的复合材料的性能有了很大的提高.
