通过自加热化学气相渗积法制备了Cf/SiC复合材料,对其力学性能进行了测试与分析,运用SEM对复合材料显微结构和断口形貌进行了分析.研究表明:自加热化学气相渗积法具有较快的渗积速率;气体流量的适度增加可改善复合材料的性能;碳涂层的厚度对复合材料的力学性能有较大的影响,适合的涂层厚度在0.35~0.55μm之间.
