研究了Hastelloy C电磁离心铸管的凝固组织.结果表明,电磁离心铸造有利于等轴晶的生成,且随着磁场强度增加,等轴晶含量增多.这种柱状晶-等轴晶转变(CET)可解释为:电磁场作用下,熔体流动,对枝晶产生冲刷进而折断.此外,电磁场可以细化微观组织,一次枝晶间距随着磁场强度增加而减小,其结果与Jackson-Hunt模型相一致.
