Ti3SiC2兼有金属和陶瓷材料的优异性能,是新一代高性能高温结构材料、电工材料、自润滑轴承的理想候选对象.重点介绍制备Ti3SiC2的主要方法:气相沉积法、自蔓延高温合成法、热压和热等静压法、放电等离子烧结法,并论述了Ti3SiC2的未来研究方向和潜在的应用前景.
