测定了n-Al2O3颗粒在快镍刷镀液中的粒径分布、Zeta电位等表面性质,用SEM和TEM测定了n-Al2O3/Ni复合刷镀层表面形貌、镀层微观组织结构并进行了表面能谱分析,得到了n-Al2O3在镀层中的分布、状态;分析了纳米颗粒表面性质对上述因素的影响.实验结果表明纳米颗粒在镀液中荷负电,其粒径分布较广;镀层中n-Al2O3呈弥散分布,粒径在数十纳米范围.纳米颗粒在镀液中粒度分布越小,刷镀层晶粒越细,刷笔运动及溶液对流等因素对进入刷镀层的纳米颗粒粒径有一定选择效应.在上述结果基础上推测n-Al2O3/Ni体系复合共沉积机理应是以力学机理为主.
