通过对电弧喷涂涂层显微组织的定量分析发现,来自阴极和阳极的熔融粒子在焰流中存在"交叉"飞行现象.沿喷涂丘的横断面,来自阴极和阳极的扁平化粒子以接近反对称的方式分布.对于开放式喷涂系统和具有收敛形喷嘴的封闭式喷涂系统来说,阴极粒子和阳极粒子的最大密度区不重合,而且也不在焰流中心线上.但是对于具有拉瓦尔喷管的封闭式喷涂系统来说该现象不明显.
