研究了退火温度和保温时间对喷射沉积-轧制工艺制备的耐热铝合金8009薄板的硬度与组织的影响.在金相、扫描电镜和透射电镜下观察了退火后材料的组织.实验结果表明,本工艺制备的8009薄板具有优越的高温耐热性能,在580℃保温2h,540℃保温100h,600℃保温1.5h硬度值均没有大的下降.该材料的耐热性能来源于具有高的热稳定性的球状弥散相Al12(Fe,V)3Si.
