介绍了电子束快速制造技术的特点及工艺路线,将其应用在SiCp/Al复合材料的制备过程中,不仅可以发挥粉末冶金中颗粒组分可任意调节的特点,而且在真空环境下高能量密度的电子束液相烧结工艺可以使颗粒与基体的润湿性得到较大程度的改善;此外,电子束快速制造技术无需工模具,能有效避免液态法制备复合材料浇注困难等缺点,成形件加工余量小,避免了脆性复合材料的二次加工,充分体现了快速制造的优点,因此,电子束快速制造技术是一种适合SiCp/Al复合材料制备的新工艺.
