溶液聚合合成的盐酸掺杂的聚苯胺(Doped-PANI)粉末压制成圆片样品,用扫描电子显微镜观察样品的形态结构;用四探针法测量样品的室温电导率,并在80~280K温度区间内测量样品的电导率随温度变化关系.掺杂态聚苯胺(Doped-PANI)由粒径在100~500nm圆形颗粒组成,表现出良好的导电特性,其室温电导率为1.70S/cm,且电导率-温度变化关系可以用一维和三维变程跳跃(1D/3D-VRH)混合模型加以解释.
