研究了热致液晶聚酰胺(TLCPa)/聚酰胺66(PA66)原位复合材料的相容性及其成纤机理.转矩流变仪研究证实:TLCPa/PA66的粘度比小于1,利于TLCPa在基体中成纤.差示扫描量热分析(DSC)结果显示:PA66的熔点和结晶温度均随TLCPa含量的增加而下降,同时结晶度和结晶速率随TLCPa含量增加也明显降低,体系具有明显的相容特征.傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)研究结果显示:液晶聚酰胺与尼龙66分子间存在氢键作用,并且参与形成氢键作用官能团的数量随液晶含量的增加而增加.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果显示:在单纯剪切流场条件下,TLCPa分散相在PA66基体中能够变形为微纤结构.
