研究了平均粒径为300nm的α-Al2O3坯体的恒速烧结曲线,观察了升温速率对烧结密度的影响,得到了两种升温速率条件下,烧结体相对密度之差与温度的关系.通过对两种升温速率条件下样品致密化速率与相对密度关系曲线的比较可知,样品最大致密化速率均出现在相对密度73%左右,与升温速率无关.
