半固态成形工艺具有能耗低、制件性能好、可以实现近净成形等特点,近年来倍受人们关注.本文综述了半固态成形工艺在金属及金属基复合材料成形中的应用及其数值模拟技术的研究进展,并对其今后的发展研究方向进行了展望.
