以PbF2为氟源,采用半化学法成功制备了钙钛矿相的F取代PMN-PT陶瓷.随F含量增加,陶瓷的体积密度增大.与含F试样相比,无F试样的晶粒较大,约10 μm,介电常数峰和介电损耗峰都很尖锐,而且峰值介电常数异常高,约45000,其电滞回线矩形度高,剩余极化强度高,约30μC/cm2,其压电常数较高,约420 pC/N;但在含F试样中,含摩尔分数2%F试样具有较好的显微结构、介电和压电性能.其晶粒约2~3 μm,峰值介电常数约30000,剩余极化强度接近30μC/cm2,压电常数约380 pC/N.
