用溶胶-凝胶法在低于100℃条件下,通过碘掺杂制备纳米TiO2(I-TiO2).再将其制成水性溶液用于织物的处理.用XRD,UV-vis吸收光谱等对I-TiO2的结构、粒径及性能进行表征.结果表明,制得的I-TiO2结构为单一锐钛矿相,晶粒尺寸约6nm.含纳米I-TiO2的溶胶在紫外光区的吸收带宽度增加.经处理的棉织物具有优异的抗紫外线和抗菌性能.
