高级检索

采用一种新型表面机械强化技术-超声深滚技术(UDR)对钛合金试样进行了表面强化处理.研究了超声深滚处理对试件的残余应力、加工硬化和表面形貌及表面粗糙度的影响.结果表明:超声深滚处理引入了高幅值、大深度的残余压应力、加工硬化量适度并且显著降低了表面粗糙度.根据以上结果分析了该技术的优势和应用前景.
