随着石油和天然气在易开发陆地及浅海资源的急剧减少,近海油气田勘探逐渐向深海发展,因此,对于能够承受恶劣海洋气候的轻型材料的需求也将不断扩大.由于碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)具有弯曲刚性高、极限强度大、耐腐蚀性强、易于修补、抗冲击性强、热膨胀系数和导热性低、质量轻又无浮力等诸多优点,CFRP被深海石油开采业成功应用于近海石油平台的结构件上.本文主要概述了碳纤维复合材料脐带式管缆和系缆、"形状感应毡"、钻井管、可卷绕复合材料管、耐高温高压的复合材料容器等产品在深海油气田成功应用实例并分析了未来市场潜力.
